Dhamma Dasa<\/p>

The ego aka character we develop can only appear to exists in the past or future,\u00a0 this false idol is the Dukkha creator,\u00a0 remembering to look for dog dookie on our island \ud83c\udfdd walk is great Sati as we walk around the dookie staying shining & clean,\u00a0 but I have experienced a deeper level,\u00a0 as Buddhadasa Bhikkhu spoke of, the head of the snake,\u00a0 the Dukkha creator,\u00a0 the ego self character,\u00a0 the ” I, my, me mind” , in the island \ud83c\udfdd dookie analogy,\u00a0 this would be a dirty dog on our island shitting everywhere,\u00a0 avoiding the Dukkha is great,\u00a0 but I have found also sending the ego false self dog on a boat \ud83d\udc15 to another island is also a great solution because sure other animals may leave some droppings around,\u00a0 but once the main culprit is gone,\u00a0 avoiding the dookie is much easier with no dookie creator insight,\u00a0 & for this I use the wholesome thought of remembering there is no ego character of me, it exsist only in a false ghostly past and future biological thought pattern,\u00a0 a story that builds momentum & strength only if we allow it, only if we forget to remember to look lol\ud83d\ude02,\u00a0 our true nature is not a self really,\u00a0 it’s like emptiness,\u00a0 Silence of the heart,\u00a0 peace,\u00a0 pure unborn ever present awareness,\u00a0 unattached to cognitive biological functions,\u00a0 the the Dhamma,\u00a0 Truth, nature shines bright right here,\u00a0 right now,\u00a0 in one sense it can be described as just this, here, like this now, very plain , unexciting,\u00a0 yet on the other yinyang hand it is completely mind blowing,\u00a0 Magikal & miraculous,\u00a0 yet also none of these things \u262f\ufe0f\u263a\ufe0f<\/h6>\n
