Our relaxed Wednesday morning meetings are a great place to learn and practise meditation and discover the essential teachings of Buddhism.
Sessions start with calm-abiding meditation, which will be explained for new-comers.
This will be followed by a short talk, or a video of Lama Jampa Thaye on various topics of the Buddha’s teachings.
Each session ends with time for reflection, questions and discussion.
Meetings are open to all : Beginners and Experienced
Fee £5 (Concessions £3)
We follow the Sakya tradition of Tibetan Mahayana Buddhism through study, meditation and Vajrayana pujas. We have close ties with Sakya Buddhism Exeter with whom we share short retreats three times a year. As devoted students of Lama Jampa Thaye and HH Sakya Trichen, we also attend dharma teachings and Initiations whenever possible.
Resident Teacher: . Center Type: Branch.
