Berkeley Shambhala Center

Berkeley Shambhala Center, part of Shambhala International, offers ongoing training in meditation, study, and contemplative arts to help us awaken our true nature and actualize it in our daily lives.

Come visit our open house every Sunday from 9am to noon to learn more. We offer free meditation instruction at 9am, a dharma talk at 11:30, followed by a tea and hospitality break.
