Santa Rosa Shambhala Meditation Center

Santa Rosa Shambhala offers an array of weekly ongoing offerings free to the public. No prior meditation experience required to attend. Most programs offer (free) meditation instruction upon request. These programs are a great entry point for newcomers and suitable for meditation students at all levels of experience. They offer a friendly introduction to meditation practice, Shambhala Buddhist teachings and our community. All are welcome.
