Shambhala Meditation Center of San Francisco

The Shambhala Center in San Francisco is one of twelve affiliated Shambhala Meditation Centers and Groups organized as Northern California Shambhala. We offer free public meditation, a core curriculum of Buddhist and Shambhala teachings, as well as training in advanced contemplative practices.
