Found the Dhamma and meditation on a 10 day Vipassana retreat in 2019. The deep insight I had opened me up to a new direction in life and I have been exploring and practicing in the Theravada tradition ever since. I have practiced in a few different meditation styles and mostly without guidance from a teacher. I look forward to connecting with other practitioners.
