I have been studying Buddhist teachings since 2017. In 2019, I developed a deep interest in Tibetan Buddhism, particularly the teachings of the Nyingma lineage. However, I focused too much on theoretical knowledge and overlooked the importance of actual practice, such as meditation. Starting in October 2023, I began learning and practicing meditation regularly. My greatest aspiration in this lifetime is to realize that everything is a dream and to transcend this dream, even though that, too, is part of the dream.
