Peaceful Harbor Sangha

Peaceful Harbor Sangha is a community of experienced and beginner Buddhist practitioners in the Portland Maine area. We come from many different backgrounds spiritual traditions and beliefs. Our group honors each members’ individual commitments by practicing compassion loving kindness equanimity and joyfulness. We are an open and welcoming community for anyone who wishes to practice. We also encourage those to come who would like to explore meditation and learn more about Buddhism.
