19 years ago I took refuge in the Karma Kagyu tradition and started practicing Ngondro. 10 years ago I started Vipassana as Goenka teaches it. I have always been attracted to watching the breath and simplifying my practice so recently I started to follow the instructions of the Anapanasati sutta.
