User Profile
I have been practicing Zen in the White Plum Asanga, a Soto and Sanbo Kyodan lineage through Taizan Maezumi, as well as reading about traditional Theravada, Vipassana and Insight practices. I work as a welder, which is remarkably like calligraphy in that hot metal flows and pools like ink, and I find factory work a wonderful opportunity for mindfulness and presence. The recognition of happiness in this moment feels like coming home, and at the same time I look forward to continuing to grow and mature along the Path
