Using the teachings of Buddha and following his pure, compassionate intention, we offer classes, day courses, meditation retreats, empowerments, chanted prayers, structured study programs, and time for personal practice. Center activities are open to all levels of interest, for any religious or non-religious background, from complete beginner classes to more advanced courses and practices.
