We continue to meet weekly. All are welcome to join us this Sunday at 7:00 PM. Our program this week will be facilitated by Jessica Walsh and we will begin with a 25 minute seated meditation, followed by walking meditation. Then we will listen to a brief recorded dharma talk by a member of the Sravasti Abbey on gaining personal clarity around boundaries and compassion, and close with a discussion.
