Clear Mountain Zen Center

We are an interfaith Zen organization dedicated to bringing spirituality into everyday life through the teachings of the Buddha to benefit members of our community (Sangha) and the broader community of Long Island.

Led by Rev. Shaka Rich Hart and senior students, Clear Mountain Zen Center offers instruction and training in traditional Zen meditation (Zazen), walking meditation (Kinhin), Buddhist Chanting, Sutra and Koan study, Teishos (Dharma talks), and Mondos (student /teacher discussions on the Teishos).
