Cosmosus

I got interested in buddhism mainly because of increasing daily discontentment I was grappling with, despite living in a somewhat privileged western culture compared to other parts of the world. Needless to say, this thought evoked shame and loathing, combined with other mental projections that lead to despair, depression.. I'm very glad I found Dhammarato, which I can gladly say is one of my favorite teachers.
