Lay follower of the Buddha Dhamma. Have been practicing persistently since 2020. Discovered dhammarato in 2021, and joined the online sangha in 2022. Primarily practicing Anapanasati. Gladdening the mind with one wholesome thought after another. Confident in this practice.

The practice here has been beautiful. Being able to quickly get into a state of satisfaction free from wanting and joyfully investigating reality as it is.
