Katog Vajra Ling

Katog Vajra Ling is a Connecticut meditation group studying Tibetan Buddhism under the guidance of Khentrul Lodrö T’hayé Rinpoche. We meet regularly to deepen our personal practice and to support one another in developing greater compassion and wisdom for the sake of all beings. No previous meditation experience required and new participants are warmly welcomed. Our meditation sessions, study groups, and gatherings take place at a sangha member’s home in Guilford. In addition to our regular practice schedule, Khentrul Rinpoche and other teachers come to Connecticut for weekend teachings and longer retreats.
