New Moon Zendo is a group of zen practitioners who meet once a week to do zazen (zen meditation) together and explore and share its benefits in our lives. We gather in order to support each other’s meditation, and to create a space in which others can learn this profound and life-changing practice. We meet on Monday nights from 7:30 - 9:30 at the Unitarian Society of Ridgewood, 113 Cottage Place, Ridgewood, NJ. First-timers should email Sensei Carl Viggiani at [email protected] to schedule orientation and zazen instruction.
