Mindfulness is a way of living that reduces stress, enhances clarity of purpose, strengthens connections to what’s important, and increases meaning and joy.

Living mindfully entails four things:

Being aware of what’s happening in each moment, on purpose and without judgment
Cultivating kindness and compassion for ourselves and others
Living intentionally, rather than reactively or out of habit
Listening to what our bodies are telling us in each moment.
Put simply, mindfulness is loving, intentional, embodied presence.
