I work with people who find that despite their successes and best efforts, experience a sense of suffering and lack of meaning in daily life. This dissatisfaction can result in feelings of shame, anger, loneliness, numbness, relationship troubles, depression, and worthlessness. You are not alone. Our work together will support you in your goals towards well-being and growth.

I'm trained in relational gestalt therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I believe that with awareness comes deeper understanding of the origins of suffering, one's emotional process, and the contexts that impact this. I will walk alongside you towards feeling less reactive, more centered, and with a deeper sense of choice, meaning and life satisfaction.

I am warm, understanding, genuine and don’t take myself too seriously. I am bicultural/bilingual in English and Spanish and respectful of different cultures and religions. I truly enjoy working with diverse populations.
