Tell About your practice and results

It has been a long journey, I started as many, as a victim of my own mind and emotion, and slowly took charge of m state of cosciousness only to find out that this opportunity is given at each given moment. We are in power to do so. It takes practice in this very moment to remember to change the mind and attitude and re-align with what is. I discovered many ways that support this change and i am ready to share to reinforce my practice.
