Hey this is Tuomas and what a relief it is to practice satisfaction!

Tell About your practice and results

Besides Dhammarato's sangha, I practice in the sanghas of Buddhistgeeks, Brightmind and in Finland Bodhidharma ry and Dhamma ry. Gladdening the mind is my main practice but I also really love social meditation practices aloud in a group (developed by Kenneth Folk and then Vince Horn).
