An European SouthEasterner living in the faraway fjords in the North. Lover of arts, crafts, nature, fantasy worlds, real worlds, travel, movement, choir singing, dancing, archery and a whole other set of joyful dynamic activities. Entered more serious practice after a series of sleep troubles due to many an anxious unwholesome thought that I got stuck onto in some periods in life. A friend pointed me into a direction of various lectures and videos on the topic of meditative practice. Then learning to enjoy the breath day after day and listening to Dharma talks, especially those of Thich Nhat Hahn, led me into a new lifetime and a renewed experience of joyous living. Here to expand the practice further, meet a wider sangha and bring joyous outlook at life to future generations.
