Our main introductory meditation classes are on Tuesday nights from 7:00 - 8:45 p.m. and on Sunday mornings from 10:30 a.m. - Noon The Kadampa Buddhist Centers of Northern California were all founded by the world-renowned meditation master, teacher and author, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. The Center is dedicated to helping you find happiness within your own heart, as well as real solutions to your problems through following Buddha's practical advice. We are also currently offering weekly introductory meditation classes in Hayward, San Jose, Petaluma, Napa, Reno (Nevada), Sacramento, Truckee, the Marina district of San Francisco, Downtown San Francisco, and as mentioned above at the Temple in San Francisco.
	Vincent Horn Antioch CA info@meditation-		’d say I’ve gotten more practical less idealistic about work over time because being an “expert” in the field doesn’t mean that I can build a good company. It doesn’t grant that immediately. Over time I’ve had to loosen my idealism about meditation and just focus more on the nuts and bolts of marketing of building technological systems of integrating those systems and providing good service to people. Just the basics of business — like having a two-year cash flow a good budgeting system and good relationships with investors — and all of the different dimensions and aspects of business that are their own skills. Meditation can support those skills but they don’t translate one-to-one by any stretch of the imagination.
