	Maine Buddhist Gathering ME [email protected]		We are a group of meditation practice communities (Sanghas) in Maine that practice in the tradition of Vietnamese Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. A sangha is a community that practices mindfulness; we gather to meditate, to share our joys and difficulties and to support each other on the path of engaged practice. Meeting regularly with others to sit and share together is a precious way to cultivate our understanding and compassion and to re-establish our deep connection with others.

Gita Gupta has been studying and practising meditation for many years on our Foundation and Teacher Training Programmes. From her own good heart and practical experience she will give you Buddha's advice about how to solve your daily problems of anxiety, stress, depression and other painful feelings. There will be opportunities to ask questions and to talk to Gita after the class, if you wish. People find the classes stimulating, relaxing and enjoyable. In each class you will find something new and meaningful for your daily life, relationships and work. The classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners. Everybody welcome!
