The International Zen Dojo Sogenkai headquartered in Chicago is a network of Rinzai Zen dojo on the U.S. mainland organized under the auspices of the Daihonzan Chozen-ji in Honolulu Hawaii.

We offer a full schedule of morning and evening zazen (zen meditation) instruction for beginners monthly all-day sittings (zazenkai) and occasional week-long retreats (sesshin).
