	Glasgow City Centre Kadampa Bud Glasgow Scotla jowozegyal@c		Our mission is to provide the people of Glasgow and the surrounding areas access to Buddhist mindfulness and meditation and methods that help them to develop happy and peaceful lives. To fulfil this aim we opened our new city temple in 2013, a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Glasgow’s Merchant City. We are a registered charity (no. SC029515), run entirely by volunteers and dedicated students. Through enabling people of the modern world to easily integrate Buddha’s timeless wisdom into their lives, resulting in personal transformation, we create the foundation for authentic world peace. Everyone is welcome at KMC Glasgow! You do not have to be Buddhist to enjoy and benefit from the mindfulness and meditation teachings at our centre. In fact we have members from many different backgrounds, religions and walks of life. We have disabled access and a disabled toilet and also a hearing loop. Please feel free to drop in for a visit. During our opening hours there is always someone at hand who can answer your questions and tell you more about the Centre. You can check out the shop which sells books by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, prayer booklets, meditation CDs, Buddhist artwork and gifts. Or feel free to just enjoy the beautiful shrine and relax in our comfortable sitting and reading area
	Padmasambhava Buddhist Center - Nashville TN jowozegyal@cat		The Padmasambhava Buddhist Center was established in 1988 by Khenchen Palden Sherab Rinpoche and Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche, with centers in locations throughout the world, including Tibet, India, Russia, Peurto Rico, and the United States. Highly regarded for many years as leading scholars and practitioners of the Nyingma School of Tibetan Buddhism, they are also masters of the Dzogchen teachings and meditation. Khenchen Palden Sherab Rinpoche is from the last generation of Tibetan Abbots to have been trained in Tibet before his escape to India in 1959. After many years in India, they began teaching in the United States at the request of His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche, and after some years here founded Padmasambhava Buddhist Centers International. 	Padmasambhava Buddhist Center o Ithaca NY jowozegyal@catski		Venerable Khenchen Palden Sherab Rinpoche (1938-2010) and Venerable Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche established the Padmasambhava Buddhist Center (PBC) in 1989 to preserve the authentic message of Buddha Shakyamuni and Guru Padmasambhava in its entirety, and in particular to teach the traditions of the Nyingma school and Vajrayana Buddhism. PBC includes over 20 centers in the U.S.A., India, Puerto Rico, Latvia, and Russia, as well as monastic institutions in India, the U.S.A., and Russia. Ven. Khenpo Tsewang Rinpoche was born in eastern Tibet and enthroned as a Nyingmapa abbot by His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche. He traveled and studied with H.H. 	Padmasambhava Budhist Center of Sidney Center NY jowozegyal		According to the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, Samantabhadra is the supreme embodiment of buddhahood. Samantabhadra transmitted the Dzogchen teachings in the three heavenly realms of Akanishtha, Tushita, and the Realm of the 33 Gods. About 50 years after Buddha Shakyamuni’s mahaparinirvana, the sambhogakaya buddha Vajrasattva — who is inseparable from Buddha Shakyamuni — transmitted the 6,400,000 tantras of the Great Completion to the first human guru of the Vajrayana, the Awareness-Holder Garab Dorje. stupas2 Garab Dorje transmitted the combined essence of the words, meanings, and esoteric instructions of Dzogchen to the great pandita Master Manjushrimitra, who in turn passed the teachings in one single lineage to his principle disciple Shri Singha. From Shri Singha the Dzogchen teachings passed to Jhanasutra, Guru Padmasambhava, and Vimalamitra — who was the principle teacher of the 500 great panditas of India at that time — and later to Vairochana.

Located in quiet beautiful redwood-forested hills near the coastline the Institute has dormitory and private room accommodation for up to 80 people and can accommodate larger day groups. 	Vajrakilaya Centres New York NY jowozegyal@cat		His Holiness Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang, Konchog Tenzin Kunsang Thrinle Lhundrup, was born on the 4th day of the 6th Tibetan month of the Fire-Dog-Year 1946 into the aristocratic family of Tsarong in Lhasa. This auspicious day marks the anniversary of the Buddhas first turning of the Wheel of Dharma. Many prodigious signs and visions accompanied his birth. His grandfather, Dasang Damdul Tsarong (1888-1959), has been the favorite of the 13th Dalai Lama (1876-1933), Commander General of the Tibetan army and one of the most influential political figures in the early 20th century in Tibet. Chetsangs father, Dundul Namgyal Tsarong (b. 1920), held a high office in the Tibetan Government and he was still active in important positions for the Exile Government in Dharamsala after the escape of the Dalai Lama and the cabinet ministers. His mother, Yangchen Dolkar, is from the noble house of Ragashar, which descended from the ancient royal dynasty.
