We present meditation and Buddha’s timeless wisdom for a happier life. Everyone is welcome in our commmunity. We are a volunteer run, modern Buddhist meditation center that is one of over 1200 Kadampa Temples, Centers and branches in 45 countries. We offer meditation classes and retreats with a focus on practical techniques to use in daily life.
	Meditation in Providence Providfence RI [email protected]		This New Year’s Eve, we will replace our usual Sunday morning class with a special program. Prayers for World Peace is a free meditation class that gives us the opportunity to develop a warm and loving heart. The class will include two guided meditations, a dharma talk and inspiring prayers for world peace. Please join us to create special causes for peace in the New Year.
