Lay practitioner of the Dhamma. Having a body which has survived two primary Cancers and now Kidney Disease as well as some Neurological Challenge, has provided an Insight into the fact that the body-mind this very life is Responsible for, is more inconstant than once believed, and there is no one in charge of it. I must take responsibility for it, and since the Mind is the Forerunner to the body my own Suffering depends on the care of this very mind. 51 years of life have proved that the greatest discovery of mankind has to be the Buddhadhamma. So i give thanks, and am available to other Practitioners for a friend and a smile. Practice well friends. We take a look, then make a change.

My Practice is The Noble 8-Fold Path Described by the Buddha. The result is Satisfaction in this Very Life in the Here and in the Now.

Also, I practice meditation on Loving Kindness, Compassion, Empathetic Joy, and Equanimity, and doing kind deeds whenever possible. Not unlike many human be-ings on this planet, my body-mind inherited Selfishness from both Biology and Culture, yet the Practice of Dhamma is effective at reducing and eventually attenuating this ill drive. We Practice the Buddha's Method in order to abandon Wrong Views of Self and Ultimately Selfishness itself.
