The current members of the fellowship are primarily people who have practiced at the Insight Meditation Society in Barre, Massachusetts. This puts our group in the Theravada–Vipassana school of Buddhism, although the intent is not to be sectarian.

The format of our Sunday morning gathering will vary from week-to-week. Generally we have a 30 minute sitting, followed by some other activity like listening to a Dhamma talk, having a Dhamma discussion, etc. Tea and fellowship,
