Welcome to the Central Michigan Sangha
Generously hosted by the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Central Michigan, We offer a one hour and a half practice sesshin of Buddhist meditation and discussion, at 319 South University, Mount Pleasant, on Tuesday evenings between 6:40 and 8:30 pm.
Newcomers are encouraged to arrive between 6:40 and 6:50. You will be greeted at such time by one or more regular Sangha members and have the option to get tips on meditation, to discuss Buddhist or Mindfulness practices or anything else for that matter.
There are five parts to our weekly practice and each part is open to the public. Guests may attend any single part separately, any combination of parts, or the entire practice. Our door is open. Guests are free to arrive or to depart at any time during the practice and participation is completely optional.Every Thursday evening 7pm to 9pm.
