I live in Guatemala, started being interested in yoga and meditation around 18, 19 , I did my first 10 days vipassana retreat at 19 , then i started studying the foundations of mahayana buddhism in House Tibet Guatemala. I dedicated myself to visual arts, still do . In 2017 i received vajrayana teaching of Guru Yoga of Milarepa and took refuge in the three jewels with Dr. Dorje Lopon Hun Lye. The main practices along my life, anapana and vipassana. Recently my interest in Vajrayana resurface ,I was able to visit Bodhgaya in december of 2024.
