The Dhamma Foundation, established on March 2, 2007, is a public foundation under civil law, recognized as legally capable and non-profit by the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. In the foundation, monastic and Buddhist life finds a form of organization in which the ideal and the economically necessary flow together. She stands in the tradition of Theravada Buddhism, in the hermit branch.
