Ashoka Buddhist Centre was founded in 1997 by <a href="http://www.meditationinplymouth.org/spiritual-director.htm">Geshe Kelsang Gyatso</a> as a non-profit organization and member of the International Kadampa Buddhist Union. It offers meditation classes and study programmes throughout Plymouth, South Devon and Cornwall for all levels of interest and experience.
Ashoka Centre is a residential Buddhist Centre. If you are interested in living in the centre you would have your own bedroom with the use of a shared kitchen, bathrooms, beautiful meditation room and the opportunity to help with the running of a peaceful spiritual community.
