The Bellingham Insight Meditation Society in the Vipassana and Theravada tradition meets every Tuesday from 7- 9 PM. Sitting meditation begins at 7 PM. For new or first time attendance, please contact John Robinson at 360-758-7260 or by e-mail. Sitting meditation practice every Tuesday 12-12:45 PM with Dhamma discussion to follow.

On the 2nd Sunday of each month, a half-day retreat is held at the Dharma Hall from 9:30 am to noon, with alternating sitting and walking meditation practice.
