Started meditating in 2008, attending weekly 1-hour Zen Buddhist meditations at my university. Did a 10-day Goenka Vipassana course in 2016 and maintained a meditation practice (on and off) since then. Joined an online sangha in 2020 and started meeting with my sangha and meditation teachers regularly to receive guidance for my practice. Currently looking to live in a meditation community (eg. meditation centre, monastery, etc.) long-term (6+ months) to support my practice.
