Hello, I started connecting with Buddhism a little more than 20 years ago through curiosity, interest in self learning. I was learning mainly through reading and interpreting my own understanding of practices such as meditation. My practice and consistency has been on and off over the years. Within the last 10 years I have had a small bit of contact with a local Sangha and teacher. I have used the guidance of apps as well. I am hoping to connect more with others, grow further and provide encouragement or support to others.
