During his stay in Tibet, Caiwang Rinpoche served as the acting abbot of Nailang Monastery, an important monastery of the Kagyu Sect of Tibetan Buddhism, for nine years. During this period, in addition to rebuilding monasteries, retreat centers, and cultivating academic monks, he also cared deeply about the suffering of the poor. , actively engaged in charity work, including building schools, establishing orphanages, setting up craft training schools, and providing free medical assistance to Tibetans in remote mountainous areas.
