I am a 63 year old woman born in Switzerland. I am married with an Australian man and now live in Australia. We have two children, now grown-up men. My mother language is french. I absolutely love listening to Dhammarato and his channel on YouTube. What he says makes total sense to me. I did yoga and tried to meditate for years. I have been doing the Work of Byron Katie for many years. I like a lot also. She has a clear way to question her thoughts. I practiced that in a forum with other people but now I want to do it live and do the turnaround in real life, change my thinking as soon as I realize that I have unwholesome thoughts, when it hurts actually. And to the change for wholesome thoughts.
