Our Buddhist meditation group would like to invite anyone interested in learning about Tibetan Buddhist meditation to join our weekly Guru Yoga meditation. Guru Yoga meditation is one of the most powerful methods of Tibetan Buddhism. The meditation is guided in English and runs about 30 minutes, no preparation or previous experience is required. Newcomers are welcomed with an introduction to Buddhism. We hold regularly a short talk about the Buddhist teachings prior to the meditation. A selection of study texts and audio/video recordings of teachings given by Lama Ole Nydahl and other teachers are available for lending and for sale. We encourage the practice of Diamond Way Buddhism in a relaxed, joyful environment.
