The I.M.U., Located in Chicago Rogers Park, offers a variety of classes supporting your quest for Inner Peace, Deep Relaxation, Clarity and Harmony. A variety of daily classes, as well as special events, such as hiking meditation, inspirational movies, meditation retreats and more are offered. Most classes offered are based on the teachings of Bhashkar Perinchery.
