I love to practice the dhamma, I don't belong to any lineage or tradition. I've been at this for just one year. I practice diligently, I have enjoyed learning from many techniques like TMI, MIDL, Goenka-vipassana retreats, UM, metta, and hang out on various Discords aimed at finishing this wonderful project. Every day the practice is more simple than the last. 🙂
