We strive to provide meditation opportunities for people living or visiting the Phoenix Arizona area.
By providing information to those looking for meditation instruction as well as to those looking for places to practice and people to practice with, we hope to increase the positive effect, meditation has on our community. We serve those wishing to begin or to enhance their meditation practice and live a more fulfilling life.
The classes, workshops and other events are held at yoga centers, town halls, private homes as well as temples and retreat centers throughout the phoenix valley and Arizona, some of these functions are related directly with the meditation learning center and in many situations we are simply providing information about the events with the use of this <a href="http://www.meditationlearningcenter.com/page/page/6453115.htm">calendar</a>.
