Situated on 300 acres of forest and meadow overlooking the Connecticut River, Milarepa Center offers programs based on traditional Tibetan Buddhist meditation practices.
Our main facility is housed in a farmhouse that dates from 1865. Nearby is a converted barn, flower and vegetable gardens, and two retreat huts served by the main kitchen. Two additional, more remote huts have their own kitchen and are ideal for longer stays. Surrounding it all is the natural beauty of rural Vermont.
Milarepa Center is a member of the FPMT (Foundation for the Preservation of Mahayana Buddhism).
