Mindfulness Meditation classes with Nancy Hilpert are going to continue virtually every week.
Learn the skills to regularly practice loving-kindness mediation (LMK). LMK is a mediation practice that will help you learn about the nature of your mind, understand the false assumptions about yourself, and shift your outlook about yourself and those around you.
Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 3:30 - 4:30pm via Zoom. Please join us if you are able.
