I am living in Southern California originally from Colorado. I have always been interested in psychotherapy and became a therapist in 2019 during my training I was able to be exposed to mindfulness and practices. This led me to a path of great healing and reverence for the dharma Buddhist principles I have attended one be passing retreat and a five day silent retreat at Spirit rock Center in California those have greatly benefited my self and my family. I am a partner of an amazing husband, as well as having a seven-year-old and a nine-year-old I try to spend my days mindfully attending the garden making bread, caring for my children and that is my idealized self. I also think that I have a self that wants to buy a lot of things wants to be out on YouTube videos and gets bad more easily so that is my balanced self between those two I’m excited to meet anyone in the our tradition and I would love to develop my understanding further.
