I am 68 in good health. married with 3 children and 2 grandchildren. I belong to Nalandabodhi Toronto. I have been studying independently and also with direction from Nalandabodhi, and now have a comfortable level of understanding of buddhist philosophy, but am underdeveloped in my meditation practice. I came across Open Sangha in a dedication from Peter Barth's book. I have read a lot of Buddhism books, (I have a huge collection for what it is worth), including Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche, and intend to build my practice around bodhicitta, mindfulness, meditation and Mahamudra.
