The Tibetan Meditation Center of Gainesville focuses on practices of the <a href="http://www.vajrapub.org/dharmasites/centers/gainesville/lineage.htm">Drikung Kagyu lineage</a> of Buddhism (which come from Tibet) while embracing all Dharma and meditation practices that allow us to become better human beings, and ultimately achieve enlightenment for the benefit of others.
