The Vallecitos Mountain Ranch is a wilderness ranch and contemplative center that supports and empowers citizens to be strong and effective change makers and social entrepreneurs in our society. At Vallecitos, we recognize the power and responsibility of all people to be agents of change, and offer an array of innovative retreats and trainings based on the power of awareness, contemplative practice, and experiencing the solitude of the deep woods and wilderness. Change makers are trained in mindfulness, the art of self-knowledge, and critical core competencies of leadership. They are provided practical tools and skills for personal, workplace and movement transformation.
Vallecitos hosts a schedule of meditation and other retreats open to everyone each year, taught by diverse faculty.
