OUR CLASSES
The centre offers a General Programme of practical meditation classes that help us solve life’s problems and find a deep and lasting inner peace. There are also meditation classes throughout the Wirral within community venues.
You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend or to benefit from these classes, the classes are run on a drop-in basis so you can just come along when you are free. Kailash Buddhist Centre also offers in-depth study and meditation classes.
These classes study ancient Buddhist texts that have been re-presented and written by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche so that they are suitable, understandable and practical for our busy modern daily lives.
