We both began our yoga journeys with hot yoga. Keen to delve deeper into the traditions of this ancient practice, we spent a magical three years in India - the home of yoga. Taking all that we learned from our time in India and combining it with our love of hot yoga, we returned to the UK to share our knowledge. Our new vocation was calling and it was time to leave behind our corporate careers and make The Zen Shed a reality.
